November has been a whirlwind of conferences for our team. We attended Med Spa Pro Conference in Boca Raton, and Needle Arts Conference in Philadelphia. As always, our team is the first to sit in the front row every morning, and also the first to get the dancing started after hours. Our first cohort of The Confidence Lab Preceptorship Program is finishing up this week! These brilliant and talented preceptees have dedicated countless hours to improving their skills in aesthetic medicine. Over the past 6 months, they have: Studied 40+ hours of training video Attended 9 hours of zoom meetings Joined us from 13 states - and 3 time zones Participated in 86 shadow assist days Observed 126 filler treatments Observed 421 neuromodulator treatments Treated 24 mode
