Congrats to the First Grads of The Preceptorship Program!

Our first cohort of The Confidence Lab Preceptorship Program is finishing up this week! These brilliant and talented preceptees have dedicated countless hours to improving their skills in aesthetic medicine.

Over the past 6 months, they have:

Studied 40+ hours of training video
Attended 9 hours of zoom meetings
Joined us from 13 states - and 3 time zones
Participated in 86 shadow assist days
Observed 126 filler treatments
Observed 421 neuromodulator treatments
Treated 24 models during hands-on training days

Over the course of the program, the 12 preceptees in track 1 came in once a month and truly became part of The Confidence Team. The track 2 preceptees made waves with their persistence and curiosity. While everyone did an incredible job learning and growing in their profession, we have to call out a few success stories.

Three preceptees started new jobs in aesthetics! One of them shared that she got the position because she told the spa that she was in this preceptorship program. They knew the quality education she would have at the end of the program and hired her right away.

Another preceptee began the program pregnant and joined our graduation party with her beautiful five month old baby. She shared that coming to her shadow assist days every month helped her become human again.

Two additional preceptees started the program as concierge staff at The Confidence Bar and have now transitioned into new roles providing skin treatments. Claire, RN, and Grace, NP, bring advanced medical expertise and a true passion for skin health to every treatment. Their thoughtful, patient-centered approach makes them trusted experts for achieving radiant, healthy skin.
