Welcome to "Where Are They Now?", a series that follows the journey of individuals who have attended one of our courses and how they have applied the skills and knowledge gained with us in their professional and personal lives. We believe that learning is a lifelong journey. We take pride in knowing that our program has positively impacted the lives of our attendees.

Introducing Taylee Eldridge, APRN-FPA as our newest addition to our "Where Are They Now?" series.

What Were You Doing Before You Got Into Aesthetics?

My background is in neurology. I've been a registered nurse since 2007 and a nurse practitioner since 2018. While working in neurology, I regularly administered Botox for chronic migraines, which gave me a strong foundation in neuromodulators and ultimately became my bridge into aesthetic medicine.

What Inspired You to Pursue a Career in Aesthetics?

Treating migraine patients with Botox showed me how powerful injections can be - not just cosmetically, but in improving quality of life. That experience sparked my interest in aesthetics, where I realized I could combine medicine, precision, and artistry while helping patients feel confident and empowered.

Why Did You Choose The Confidence Lab's Training Program?

I chose The Confidence Lab because of its commitment to anatomy-based education, patient safety, and elevated standards in aesthetics. The focus on thoughtful, full-face treatment planning and mentorship aligned perfectly with the way I practice and the level of care I strive to deliver.

What Is Your Favorite Aspect of Working in the Field of Aesthetics?

I love the balance of science and artistry and the meaningful relationships built through trust and consistency. Helping patients feel confident in their own skin is incredibly rewarding.

What Are You Doing Now?

Now I own and operate Revitalize Med Spa & Wellness Center, focusing on injectables and wellness-based aesthetic treatments. I continue to pursue advanced education and mentorship, including ongoing training with The Confidence Lab, to ensure my patients receive the highest standard of care.

What Advice Would You Give to Those Considering a Career in This Field?

Invest in quality education, prioritize safety, and never stop learning. Aesthetics is about more than results - it's about integrity, intention, and caring deeply for the people you serve.
