Our Team to Present at Aesthetic Next
Aesthetic Next (September 10-13) is four days filled with informative talks, hands-on experience, and in-person networking. A weekend dedicated to all things aesthetics. And two of the expert educators are members of our Confidence Team!

Lauren's clinical presentation is titled: Integrating PLLA in a Treatment Strategy for Atrophic Acne Scars
Lauren will present on using Sculptra in a layered approach with subscision and microneedling. This method works to fill in the collagen loss from acne scars. This layered approach helps repair all angles of the scar allowing for the best light reflection results. It helps with collagen loss, texture irregularities, and replacing the lost surface volume.
This intricate treatment is so important for supporting patients with atrophic acne scars. Patients are impacted daily by cost to their self esteem, their social connections, and their wallets. The traditional treatments for these scars is very costly and carries a risk of PIH.
This is a presentation that Lauren is very passionate about sharing. Anyone who gets to attend in person is in for a treat! Plus she's got some incredible before and after photos to share.

Cathy Christensen
Cathy will have an exciting weekend as she presents both a panel-led workshop, and an individual presentation. That's our COO in action!
The workshop is titled: Practice Management Success Bootcamp
This session is designed to strengthen the systems, people, and processes behind a successful practice. It brings together practical strategies for improving operations and communication, elevating the patient experience, understanding the metrics that drive profitability, and leading high-performing teams. Attendees will leave with actionable planning with clear priorities and practical next steps.
Cathy's individual presentation is titled: Creating a Culture of Accountability (Without Drama)
This session is all about the culture and how leadership can shape that culture. Accountability comes from the top down, so it's important to lead with strength and kindness. Your leadership style may provide a breeding ground for drama in your practice, and you can learn how to change yourself in order to change the team. Create a healthy culture so everyone can focus on the our favorite part of the practice: caring for our patients.
If you're attending Aesthetic Next in Dallas, please come say hello! We'd love to meet you in person and find a shady spot for a chat and an iced beverage.
