Three Tracks. One Standard.

How you learn matters to us. We are excited to offer three distinct ways to join our 6-month Preceptorship Program. Your success matters to us. All 3 tracks offer 50+ hours of instruction through online modules, and monthly 90-minute zoom roundtables.

Track 1: In-Person Preceptorship for local practitioners

Track 2: Hybrid Preceptorship

What We Teach

This program is not about chasing trends. We begin where every safe and sustainable aesthetic career must begin: Ethics. From there, we move through structured, intentional modules covering consultation, assessment, skin first treatments including laser and light therapy, full-face neuromodulator planning, hyaluronic acid dermal fillers in low-risk areas, complication awareness and prevention, regenerative therapies, strong clinical judgment and documentation, and thoughtful combination approaches.

Beyond clinical excellence, we teach you how to prepare for your dream job in aesthetics, how to build and scale your business, and the importance of branding and marketing.

Why This Program Exists

I built this preceptorship because I remember feeling like I was wearing a blindfold trying to figure everything out. Feeling like I didn't belong because I wasn't thin or pretty enough, but knowing that I was exactly the right person to help others feel confident in their own skin.

We built this because I wish I'd had it. Simple as that.

My mission is simple:

To raise the standard in aesthetic medicine.

To create practitioners who are ethical, evidence-based, and grounded.

To build a community that supports one another instead of competes.

This is not about getting rich quickly. Your reputation is everything.

Here we focus on mastery. On safety. On responsibility. On each other.

That's why we keep our Track 1 and Track 2 small. That's why we update the content constantly. That's why we show real complications that have happened in our practice -- not just the sunshine days.

This is the gold standard because we hold ourselves accountable for the next generation of aesthetic practitioners. The ones who will be injecting my face one day when my son brings me to my appointment with my walking stick. I'll be ready, and so will you!
