This February, Chicago will host an event that goes far beyond traditional aesthetic education.

Aesthetic Alignment is a retreat-style seminar created for medical aesthetic providers who want to refine their technical skills and reconnect with purpose, presence, and personal growth. Taking place February 26–28, 2026, this immersive experience blends advanced clinical education with mindset work, emotional intelligence, and intentional self-development.

Meet the Featured Confidence Lab Educators


Olivia is a medical aesthetics educator and mentor recognized for blending technical expertise with emotional intelligence, presence, and purpose-driven practice. Her work helps providers align their craft with their values—supporting careers that are not only successful, but deeply fulfilling.


Lamija is an expert aesthetic practitioner and educator known for her depth of anatomical knowledge and commitment to safe, evidence-based practice. Her teaching empowers injectors to build confidence through understanding, precision, and clinical integrity.
