About The Event

Aesthetic Provider Colleague:

It’s gratifying how popular our aesthetic learning events have been—I’ve received so much positive feedback about our sessions. I’m pleased to announce we’ve scheduled another two-day event, September 9 and 10 at the SOHO House in Chicago. Each day offers in-depth training with myself and two of my esteemed colleagues—Vanessa Lee, RN and Social Media Expert Emily Schwalbach. Both days offer immersion into topics that will elevate your practice and your skills, in a collaborative and lively environment that celebrates the joy of our profession. Prepare to learn and prepare to laugh!

AGENDA

DAY ONE: September 9, 2019--9:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.

Session 1: What is Beauty?

Vanessa Lee will explore common perceptions of beauty and share insights into using aesthetic skills to sculpt, highlight and contour facial features like a fine artist.

Session 2: Growing an Aesthetic Community with Social Media

Social media is essential to most businesses today, and for aesthetic providers it offers a way to display your work, promote your brand and be part of your professional community. Social media expert Emily Schwalbach will share insights into building and maintaining an organic and authentic social media presence that generates business.

Session 3: Effective Patient Consultations

Consultations are key to ensuring a successful outcome with every patient. Rana Kennelly’s session will explore strategies for assessing patient personalities, overcoming pricing objections, obtaining informed consent and paving the road for additional treatments, as well as patient referrals.

Session 4: Patient Assessment for Optimal Treatment Plans

Uncover the best approaches to assessing each patient’s facial features and bone structure in order to map out the ideal enhancement strategy. Rana will share her step by step tool of ‘Outer and Inner’ beauty to address each facial area in a sequential way creating best treatment plans and outcomes.

Session 5: Micro Strategies

Join Rana and Vanessa in a dual exploration of how to achieve natural and safe results with micro Botox and micro infusion techniques.

Session 6: Optimizing Facial Shapes

Vanessa leads a one-hour, in-depth exploration of facial shapes and how to employ injectables to enhance and refine individual features.

DAY TWO: September 10, 2019—9:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.

Session 1: Sculptor vs Squirter

For every aesthetic provider, avoiding complications and a natural aesthetic should be priority number one. Rana leads this one- hour session on creating pleasing aesthetic results, safely and beautifully.

Session 2: Natural Lip Enhancement

Lip-enhancing techniques are among the most often-requested among patients today, and they represent the cornerstone of many aesthetic practices. Vanessa will share her tried-and-true approaches and strategies for beautiful, youthful, natural-looking results.

Session 3: Periorbital Rejuvenation—Direct and Indirect

The C-curve is a predictable, indirect approach to peri-orbital rejuvenation, and Rana will demonstrate this technique. Then Vanessa will share her direct approach, which has been deemed one of the safest direct strategies for treating the periorbital region.

Session 4: Lower Face Rejuvenation

In this 90-minute session, Rana and Vanessa team up to demonstrate proven techniques for restoring the aesthetic appearance and youthfulness of chins, jawlines and jowls.

Session 5: Preventing and Managing Complications

The balance point in every provider’s mind must always be risk vs. reward. Rana will lead this session on assessing risk and understanding injection anatomy in order to avoid complications. There will also be an important segment on managing adverse results should they occur.
