ABOUT

Kirstie Jackson is the Operations Manager of Chicago Cosmetic Surgery and Dermatology. She has been working internationally with practices in the specialty fields of dermatology, plastic surgery, and aesthetic medicine since 2005, helping to cultivate strong leadership, operational strategies, and success. Her passion for creating a strong foundation for each practice or person she works with reflects areas of expertise including strategic planning, patient relationship management, operational efficiencies, cosmetic consulting, marketing, staff training, change management, software transitions, and clinical research. Kirstie is a speaker and member of the Association of Dermatology Administrators and Managers (ADA-M), and the American Society for Dermatologic Surgery (ASDS). As a qualified journalist, she has been published in Executive Decisions in Dermatology and is a Certified Clinical Research Coordinator.

What steps have you taken for COVID-19?

We are taking every measure to ensure safety for our small group sessions. The Confidence Bar is completely sanitized with hospital-grade approved agents, high touchpoints like door handles and elevator surfaces as well as public areas are sanitized multiple times per day. UV filters in the air conditioning units, UV filters in the treatment rooms, nontoxic hypochlorous acid misting, plexiglass, and staff training to name a few.

What is the cost?

The half-day course is $900.

Can I coordinator 1:1 or practice consulting services?

Yes, we offer both customized 1:1 consulting services and full practice support. Schedule a free 30minute virtual consultation. A quote will be provided to you thereafter based on your desired outcomes. 

Will I earn education Educational credits?

No, this is an optional extra.

What is your cancellation policy?

All sales are final. Although If you are unable to attend, guests can transfer tickets to future course dates or send an aesthetic peer in your place at no additional charge. If an aesthetic peer is coming in your place please give us advanced notice. 

What is the dress code?

Please come in business casual.

Is parking available?

If you intend to drive please allow yourself adequate time to facilitate parking. Street parking is available but limited. Additional parking is available at the Impark Parking Garage, located two blocks west at 1301 W.
