In this informative workshop for all levels, internationally-trained aesthetic nurse and PRP guru Amie Martin will provide brand-neutral and bias-free education on the science and techniques of regenerative aesthetics. She will cover safe and advanced procedures, including injection techniques using platelet rich plasma, platelet rich fibrin matrix, stem cell recruitment therapy, scaffolding and much more. She will share on- and off-label best practices and lead a frank discussion of her experiences beyond trademarked names and FDA-approved kits. Her insights will assist practitioners in navigating the extensive research and literature pertaining to regenerative aesthetics, to help them incorporate these techniques into their practices, or enhance the regenerative techniques they are already providing.

This master class will cover:

• Valid, evidence-based research supporting the use of regenerative medicine in aesthetics.

• The newest regenerative tools available to aesthetic practitioners.

• How to use regenerative tools safely in high-risk areas.

• Demonstrations of stem cell recruitment therapies.

• Injection techniques for combining scaffold and stem cell recruitment therapies.

• A discussion of the “unicorns and dragons”—i.e.: myths and truths regarding regenerative techniques and treatments.

Speaker Details

Over the course of her 11-year career, Amie Martin has studied with expert aesthetic practitioners around the world, challenging herself to remain on the cutting edge of her field. She is a licensed Vampires provider and serves as a trainer for Allergan, Galderma and the Cellular Medicine Association. Through her training company, Advancing Medical Esthetics, her focus is on mentoring and training providers from the ground up while sharing her passion for her profession. The Chicago-based Amie Martin leads the clinical team at Images Medspa by Glazer Dermatology and mentors the Botox Queens. She believes regenerative aesthetics is quickly becoming the most significant factor in the success of anti-aging aesthetics and has made that her focus for the past three years.
