Facial Anatomy Made Accessible

To achieve consistent and safe results, practitioners must understand facial anatomy, including facial blood vessels, nerves, fat pads and musculature. Rana breaks it down and also covers optimum placement of facial fillers and neuromodulators in both low-risk and high-risk areas.

Full Face Neuromodulator

Rana shares her signature approach to delivering natural, safe and beautiful results for the entire face with neuromodulators. Topics include fundamentals of safe neuromodulator injections for the glabella, forehead, crow's-feet, brows, bunny lines, lip flip, sad mouth and pebble chin. You’ll also learn how to prevent and manage neuromodulator complications.

DAY 2: COMBINED FULL DAY HANDS-ON TRAINING COURSE

Morning Session

Hands-on novice neuromodulator training focused on full-face rejuvenation. We believe a full-face focus is important because it enables you to go beyond the upper face industry norm and deliver natural, safe and beautiful results.

Lunch—provided

Afternoon Session

Hands-on facial filler sessions focused on safe and predictable facial rejuvenation using reversible hyaluronic acid facial fillers. Treatment areas include midface beautification, beginner lip, nasolabial folds, chin, marionette folds, and oral commissures using needle and/or cannula.

Cost: $4,200 which includes lunch, educational goody bag worth over $1,000, certificate of completion and CE accreditation.

Cancellation Policy: All sales are final. If you are unable to attend, you may use your enrollment for a  future course date or send an aesthetic peer in your place at no additional charge. If an aesthetic peer is coming in your place, please let us know in advance.

Who Can Attend the Confidence Lab Two-Day Introduction to a Career in Aesthetics With Hands-On?

This two-day program has been developed for nurses, nurse practitioners, physician assistants, dentists, and physicians looking for a career change or an opportunity to expand an existing career.

What Will I Learn?

This accredited seminar offers a critical overview of the aesthetic profession, covering everything you need to know about embracing a career in aesthetics. Day One includes a series of lectures by Rana and her expert team on topics including how to train your aesthetic eye, risks, safety, and establishing a career in aesthetics. The hands-on training on Day Two provides strong theoretical and practical information on neuromodulators and facial fillers. Topics include understanding beauty concepts, aesthetic product characteristics, facial anatomy and facial filler placement with an ongoing emphasis on safety, risk prevention, and how to manage complications.

I am a licensed RN, NP, PA from out of state and would like to inject during a hands on training, do I need an Illinois license?

Yes hands on injecting now requires a valid Illinois licensure or temporary license through endorsement. This can take up to two weeks to process so apply right away. To obtain a temporary license through endorsement here is a guide:

  1. Go the State of Illinois web site to apply https://online-dfpr.micropact.com/
  2. Click on New Applications and click on the "Click here" button
  3. Register as an Individual. Ensure Yes is checked at the bottom of the application
  4. They will require you to enter SSN to locate whether you have had an account before
  5. Create an account and enter you details
  6. You can now create an Application from the ONLINE SERVICES menu (top right hand side)
  7. If you are a RN and NP choose Nursing Board (RN, LPN & APN). If you are a PA choose Physician Assistant Board
  8. For application method choose Endorsement
  9. Complete the application. Please note that date when its approved to ensure you have it prior to your hands on training event.

Is Illinois a compact state?

The Nursing Licensure Compact (NLC) allows licensed nurses around the U.S. to work in other states that take part in the compact with just one license, called a multistate license. Will I Need To Bring a Model?

All products and models are provided at no additional cost to you. However, if there is a particular model you would like to inject during the hands-on training, they are welcome once they pass our health history screening. They will receive 50% off treatment cost. After you register, please contact our office to schedule your model and discuss in more detail.

Can I Be a Model?

We encourage you to be a model during your hands-on session for a firsthand experience of the treatment. As part of the course, you are eligible to receive 50% off neuromodulator treatment and a complimentary facial filler treatment (x1 syringe) on Day Two. All models will be injected by the class attendees under the guidance of our expert instructors. Please let us know a minimum of two weeks prior to the course if you would like to receive treatment. Our model coordinator will help you register through our online patient portal. Your health history questionnaire and pre-and post-treatment care information will be discussed before approval.

Can I Bring Ancillary Staff to the Course?

Ancillary staff such as practice managers are welcome to attend Day One, but they are not able to participate in Day Two without a medical license. Please contact our office if your staff members would like to attend Day One of the program at Soho House.  Cost is $2,200

What Happens When the Class Is Over?

Hopefully, we will have exceeded your expectations for the day, and you’ll leave with a new circle of friends. That’s because we encourage you to develop professional and supportive relationships with your peers in our training sessions; to continue to support each other during your aesthetic careers. Our goal is to build a community that empowers each other in continued growth, shares authentically, and practices safely.

Will I earn educational credits?

This activity has been submitted to the Ohio Nurses Association for approval to award 16 CE hours. The Ohio Nurses Association, an accredited approver of nursing continuing professional development by the American Nurses Credentialing Commission on Accreditation.

What Steps Have You Taken for Covid 19?

The Confidence Lab is completely sanitized with hospital-grade approved agents, High touchpoints like door handles and elevator surfaces as well as public areas are sanitized multiple times per day. UV filters in the air conditioning units, UV filters in the treatment rooms, nontoxic hypochlorous acid misting, plexiglass, and staff training ensure that every measure is taken to safety. In addition, we closely follow the guidelines outlined by the state. As of February 28, 2022 individuals are not required to show proof of vaccination to dine indoors, visit gyms, or enjoy entertainment venues where food or drink are being served in Chicago.

What is the Dress Code?

Soho House Chicago is a members-only club for people working in the creative industries and they have a relaxed dress code and no-suit policy. All other training is held at The Confidence Lab and the dress code is business casual wear. Scrubs are not required but optional. We recommend wearing comfortable shoes such as sneakers, as most of the day is spent standing. If you have long hair, please wear it off your face.

I’m Driving—Where Do I Park?

If you intend to drive, please allow yourself adequate time to facilitate parking. Street parking at the Confidence Lab is available but limited. There are parking meters on Madison Street and some limited free parking on the side streets. We suggest using the Spot Hero app for affordable Chicago parking. Soho House offers valet parking.
