Why Train With Rana and Her Team?

Rana is one of the world’s most highly skilled and sought-after aesthetic providers. Her focus is on delivering safe and natural outcomes. She has long been the top-requested national trainer for Allergan, Galderma and Palette Resources. She founded The Confidence Lab in 2013 and since then has inspired students and patients alike with her passion for hard work, collaboration and inclusion. She believes it’s critical to elevate her students’ knowledge and skills and equally important to create a safe place where everyone can learn, share, grow and be themselves—regardless of whether they do so in sneakers or stilettos! Her hand-picked team embodies her values of ethics, morality and kindness—professionally and personally.

What Will I Learn?

This course is about the full journey of patient and provider, including:

  • Understanding your ‘why’ for practicing aesthetics
  • Upholding ethical values and doing right by the patient and our aesthetic community by collaborating and delivering safe and natural outcomes.
  • Understanding why your patient seeks treatment and how you can best develop a customized plan using the right products.

We take our time giving a thoughtful consultation and assessment before moving onto treatment. Once we do, you’ll experience hands-on novice neuromodulator training focusing on full-face rejuvenation with neuromodulators. We believe in giving you the right tools to deliver natural, safe and beautiful results catering to the entire face not just the upper face industry norm. Then you’ll practice hands-on facial filler with a focus on safe and predictable facial rejuvenation using reversible hyaluronic acid facial fillers. Treatment areas include midface restoration, beginner lip, nasolabial folds, chin, marionette folds, and oral commissures using needle and cannula.

As of September 2022 Illinois is pending for a compact state. Check this website for current information. See more here https://nursejournal.org/resources/nursing-compact-states/

Will I Need To Bring a Model?

All products and models are provided at no additional cost to you. However, if there is a particular model you would like to inject during the hands-on training, they are welcome once they pass our health history screening. They will receive 50% off treatment cost. After you register, please contact our office to schedule your model and discuss in more detail.

Can I Be a Model?

We encourage you to be a model for a firsthand experience of the treatment. As part of the course, you are offered a complimentary hyaluronic acid facial filler treatment (one syringe) and 50% off additional facial filler and neuromodulator. Can I Bring Ancillary Staff to the Course?

This hands-on program is offered only to aesthetic injectors. Please note we offer a business course which is an absolute must for anyone starting their own aesthetics business or planning to do so in the near future. It’s designed to cover the fundamentals you’ll need to not only realize your dreams of changing patients’ lives, but of doing so profitably. The class covers a wide range of topics essential to running a business, including scheduling, pricing, marketing, cost and overhead analysis, front desk strategies, operational technology and much more.

What if I would like to take 1:1 hands-on training?

We offer customized 1:1 half-day training ($2,500), 1:1 full day customized training including shadowing ($3,500) and confidence hours ($500). Please read more on our website or contact us for more details.

I have taken a neuromodulator course somewhere else and only want to take the facial filler option.

Our neuromodulator training gives you the knowledge and expertise for full face treatment. Whereas other courses only teach you the basis of the frown, forehead and crow’s feet, we strive to give you the most up to date information catering to a full-face treatment covering upper face areas and the lower face including nasalis, orbicularis oris, mentalis and depressor anguli oris.

That said, if you are only looking for facial filler experience, contact our office and we may be able to arrange for you to join us in the afternoon facial filler session (although we would hate for you to miss the morning neuromodulator session!) Or you can request a 1:1 customized half-day or full day training with our expert team.
