OLIVIA KIRKPATRICK

Olivia Kirkpatrick, MSN, AGNP-BC, is a board-certified Nurse Practitioner with more than 11 years in medicine. For the first three years of her anti-aging medicine career, she worked two jobs—in the ICU and at a wellness and aesthetic practice—to achieve her passion of becoming a full-time aesthetic practitioner. She has a holistic nursing background in critical care, integrative medicine, plastic surgery, and non-surgical cosmetic medicine. Additionally, she holds a position as a ‘Key Opinion Leader’ for the fastest-growing, innovative skincare line, ALASTIN.

Olivia started as a lead preceptor at Northwestern Medicine in Chicago mentoring new nurses in critical care and has continued this vocation as an aesthetic educator at The Confidence Lab. Her foundational ethics and teaching style are rooted in putting the patient’s safety first, setting clear expectations, while cultivating and prioritizing the connection of provider to the patient (which is how she has built her loyal, patient following). She is passionate about the art of the consultation, customized, unique treatment plans for each individual face, and marrying art with science while providing the safest, most up-to-date, ethical care to her patients. She prides herself on her relatability and straightforward, honest nature, always teaching providers the ‘real world’ experience versus what is taught ‘in the books’ or ‘on stage’. When trainers humanize and share their mistakes Olivia believes that is how true confidence and connection is built. She always states her ‘natural gift is her ability to generate confidence in others.’

She is proficient in full face balancing with HA filler and neuromodulators, biostimulators, regenerative therapies, medical grade skincare and tissue health, and building lifelong patient connection. She has naturally become the ‘lip guru’ at The Confidence Bar, which she states comes from her ‘keen attention to detail and the art of each injection point’. Olivia believes in a ‘natural’, ‘less is more’ aesthetic with undetectable results.
